Pawz 4 Life Animal Rescue Inc. is a small group of volunteers that not only take pride in their adoption process, but strive to make sure that the homes that we have approved are the best homes possible for the animals to remain in. We feel it is our job to work hard on getting this accomplished. Our rescue DOES NOT withhold any information concerning the animals in our care. We feel the animal has a much better chance in finding and remaining in its forever home when all information is given.
Pawz 4 Life does not do first come, first adopt. If multiple applications come in on an animal in our rescue, we accept all applications on that animal and process them ALL and choose the best match for that animal.
If you are interested in adopting one of the animals currently in our rescue, please feel free to email with any questions you may have concerning that animal or you may fill out an adoption application which are located below.
Once you fill out the application, we will then process it as soon as we can. After the application is processed, we then contact you on any questions that we have and set up a time for you to meet the animal, if you have not already done so. At this time, we may also set up a time to do a home visit. After we have done this, we then make our decision on whether you are approved. We will contact you either by phone or email whether you have or you have not been approved. If you are approved, we then ask you to sign an Adoption Contract and ask for an adoption fee. This adoption fee is to help cover the vet care that has been put into that animal.
~PLEASE BE PATIENT~
Please remember that we are ALL volunteers here that work long endless hours to help animals in need.
So, please be patient when inquiring on an animal, looking to surrender an animal or when putting in an adoption/foster applications.
We work our hardest to get back with you in a timely manner, but do get backed up with emails and such.
Please do not fill out an adoption or foster app. unless you are serious about adopting or fostering the animal.
As it does take long hours to process these apps and holds us up on getting other work done.
We thank you for your time and cooperation!
REMINDER:
To include your 3 personal references (name & number) when filling out your adoption application, located on the bottom of the applications.
